1 - strengthen the fellowship and brotherhood among the members in the Arab countries by acquaintance and visiting for the purpose of cooperation to raise the condition of the discipline of spine diseases and surgery form both scientific and practical aspects.

2 - exchanging information and researches among society members by holding study forums, medical days, regional& Arab conferences, editing publications, periodicals and journals about the medical issues of spine.

3 - contribution with health care authorities in solving medical problems for spine pathology and surgery and contributing in consciousness, prevention and control campaigns.
